One arc, seven movements.
The ceremony is a single day inside a seven-day rhythm of preparation and integration. Days move gently through morning, midday, afternoon, and evening, with a maximum of four activities a day. Meals are plant-based and shared. Depth over volume, always.
Arrival & Orientation
Land in the body, safe, oriented, and emotionally contained.
- •Staggered arrivals and a gentle reception: herbal teas, fruit, soft music or silence
- •Room assignments and free, conscious time to rest, walk, or journal
- •Individual medical and psychological interviews, conversational rather than clinical
- •Personal intention setting, written and private
- •A tour of the space and a clear review of guidelines: confidentiality, consent, self-care, boundaries
- •An opening circle, a light grounding dinner, and early rest
Support & Preparation
Prepare the nervous system, mind, and emotional field.
- •Guided meditation and a light breakfast
- •Psychoeducation: what to expect emotionally, physically, and cognitively, and how to meet discomfort
- •A tools workshop: conscious breathing, somatic grounding, and self-regulation
- •Guided intention refinement and quiet creative space
- •An evening preparation circle and a very light dinner
Macro Dose Ceremony
A deep, contained, and supported experience.
- •A silent, fasting or minimal-breakfast morning
- •An opening ritual of intention, consent, and protection
- •The ceremony, held with continuous presence and a curated music journey
- •Space to lie down with eye shades, and one-on-one support available throughout
- •A gentle closing with warm broth, hydration, and rest
Internal Integration
Begin meaning-making and emotional processing, without forcing interpretation.
- •Grounding meditation and a group integration circle: sharing without analysis or advice
- •Normalization of whatever arose
- •An integration workshop: working with what emerged, avoiding premature conclusions
- •Conscious movement, art, and guided journaling
- •Optional brief individual sessions, and a nourishing dinner
External Integration
Bring insight into the body, relationships, and daily life.
- •A nature-based morning: mindful walking, water, grounding with the earth
- •A conscious shared meal and contemplative free time
- •Purpose and values exploration
- •Translating insight into relationships, work, and self-care
- •An evening gratitude circle and a closing ritual for the macrodose process
Minidose Day
Gentle clarity, integration, and embodied awareness.
- •A clear, practical intention and a gentle minidose
- •Creative and reflective activities
- •Conscious conversations and a visualization of life after the retreat
- •Designing micro-habits and an integration plan
- •A calm celebratory dinner, closing ceremony, and emotional closing circle
Closure & Return
Grounded closure and conscious re-entry into daily life.
- •Closing meditation and a sharing of learnings
- •Letters to self, to be opened later
- •A shared brunch and gradual departures
- •Integration materials to take home: a guide, follow-up resources, and contacts
Preparation and integration are the work
The macro-dose ceremony matters, but it is not the whole of it. The days before ready your nervous system and clarify your intention; the days after are dedicated to making sense of the experience and carrying it gently into daily life. This is why NEXUS is seven days, not one.
Suitability for any of this is decided together, through screening. Please read Safety & Screening before you inquire.
