Why the week matters more than the ceremony

At NEXUS, preparation and integration are not extras arranged around the ceremony. They are the work itself.

Insight is not the same as change. Integration is the slow, ordinary craft of letting an experience reshape how you live.

The same substance can lead to very different experiences. Much of the difference is the container: your inner state and the space that holds it.

Saying no is part of the care. Some people should not take part, and being honest about that protects everyone.
