Dr. Roger Quiroz, MD

Dr. Roger Quiroz is the medical lead at NEXUS, providing medical oversight, screening, and support throughout each retreat. A licensed family-medicine practitioner, he combines conventional medical training with a thoughtful interest in the emerging research on psychedelics.
He graduated from Anáhuac University Medical School in Mexico City and is medical director of the Con Salud clinic in Valle de Bravo, Mexico. His presence lets participants take part with greater confidence and peace of mind, with care that attends to the physical, psychological, and emotional dimensions of wellbeing.

Ruslan Spartakov

Ruslan is a psychologist with a specialization in neuroscience, a yoga teacher, and a handpan player. He works where scientific understanding meets embodied practice, which is, for him, where real change takes root.
At NEXUS he leads psychoeducational workshops on the neuroscience of psychedelics and consciousness, guides yoga and handpan sessions, and is part of the team supporting the psychological preparation and integration of the experience.

Pablo Rodriguez

Pablo was born in Mexico City and studied industrial and mechanical engineering in Germany, which lends him a calm, grounded sense for how a week should actually flow. A lifelong retreat enthusiast and a yoga teacher, he has spent years working as a multicultural bridge, equally at home across languages and cultures.
At NEXUS he helps hold the rhythm and care of the week and guides yoga, so that guests can simply arrive, settle, and let go.

Ana Karen López García

Ana Karen is a Mexican clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting processes of self-exploration and personal transformation.
At NEXUS she guides the integration process, helping participants make meaning of their experiences and translate them into lasting, meaningful changes in everyday life. She also oversees participant experience, service, and quality, ensuring a safe, ethical, and compassionate environment.
